Transform Your Career with Our People Company About the Role We are seeking a skilled Software Sales Expert to join our dynamic and multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities will include: Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat to identify new business opportunities Improving client experience by providing support with product adoption and pre-and after-sales support Becoming an expert on advertising on the platform to manage a portfolio and grow revenue Providing customer service and sharing product knowledge at all times Requirements Native level of French and fluent level of English (B2-C1) Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years) Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset Knowledge of MS Office and electronic mail systems Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Drive for excellence and professionalism What We Offer Long-fixed term contract with renewable options 30 days probation period before signing the contract Standard working hours: Monday to Friday (7 AM - 5 PM) Salary conditions* including private health insurance and relocation support for international candidates A dynamic, open-minded, and multicultural environment with 82 different nationalities Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company Real career opportunities with access to development programs and other roles within the company
