Role : Global Change Lead Consultant
Start : ASAP
Duration : 1 year + possible extension to 1.5 years
Travel : for any important meetings or workshops twice a year
Candidate location : Europe
Requirements:
Providing Change Management services and developing the overall program-level Change Management strategy for External Workforce Management
Contributing to defining the strategy, methodology used, tools/tactics, and governance of change management plans
Designing plans to address key enablers and significant aspects of EWM transformation that impact mindset and behavior changes to support achieving the vision and aspiration
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Co-create and drive change plans and interventions at a program level
Ensure alignment with the EWM vision and business outcomes
Set standards for Change Management at all levels of the Program, building capability, and providing coaching/facilitation as needed
Develop materials and support internal and external stakeholder communication on-demand or regularly
Manage cross-program risks related to change in partnership with Talent Acquisition Policies, Compliance & Audit
Act as a trusted partner and thought leader to EWM transformation PMO and External consulting support on the overall transformation strategy and execution
Oversee strategic change management initiatives and plans, driving implementation across all countries with consistency and collaboration
Educate and engage stakeholders on the impact and benefits of transformation activities
Drive ownership and accountability among all managers and leaders to successfully implement Changes
