We are recruiting a Collections Agent for a growing multinational company.
Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will perform several accounting tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
-Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
-Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
-Obtaining missing accounting information from clients by telephone and email;
-Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
-Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
-Follow-up on customer accounts;
-Identify solutions to the problems presented;
-Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).
-Good knowledge in Finance/Accounting/similar;
- At least 4 years of experience in similar position (preferably cash-collection);
-Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
-Good knowledge on Excel and SAP;
-Attention to detail and accuracy;
-Strong analytical capabilities and respect deadlines.
-Short term contract directly with our client (12 months - renewable);
- Base salary based on the candidates's professional experience + Meal allowance of 8,32€ (meal card);
