VISÃO GERAL DA FUNÇÃO O Operador de Produção reporta ao Supervisor de Planeamento e Produção.
O titular desta função tem como responsabilidade a operação dos equipamentos e de todos os processos aos quais estão ligados (preparação de matérias primas & embalagem, descarga, enchimento e rotulagem), em cumprimento com os requisitos legais e as normas da empresa.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: • Preparação de matérias-primas e embalamento: Confirmar etiquetas da matéria-prima para assegurar o peso correto, tipo, número de lote antes de começar a carregar as matérias-primas nos misturadores e realizar o processo de operação cumprindo todos os parâmetros da produção.
• Operar os misturadores; verificar e carregar as matérias-primas de acordo com as instruções de processo e procedimentos, retirar amostras, descarregar e embalar. Documentar processos e resultados (para rastreabilidade e requisitos legais).
• Realizar todas as operações em cumprimento com as normas de Qualidade e procedimentos de Operações da HB Fuller.
• Completar o teste inicial e descarga dos produtos por forma a assegurar que não houve desvios em relação às especificações.
• Assegurar a perfeita aparência visual do produto acabado para estar de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos.
• Embalar o produto final de acordo com as instruções e assegurar que o mesmo está de acordo com os padrões de qualidade da HB Fuller..
• Concluir com zero erros o produto final e informar o Supervisor de Planeamento e Produção sobre qualquer erro nas etiquetas assim como tomar as ações necessárias para corrigir as mesmas.
• Manter as máquinas e a área de trabalho limpas e em condições apropriadas.
• Responsável por guardar os seus documentos das formações.
• Implementar e cumprir de todas as políticas & procedimentos legais e de HSA da empresa, reportando qualquer desvio às instruções de segurança de forma a assegurar um ambiente de trabalho seguro. 
• Realizar quaisquer outras tarefas solicitadas pelo Supervisor de Planeamento e Produção
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: • Escolaridade mínima obrigatória
• Bons conhecimentos de software (MS Office)
• Capacidade para ler e entender instruções de trabalho, processos de produção, normas de segurança e instruções & procedimentos de qualidade
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos (Este requisito não sobrepõe o estipulado nos contratos de trabalho já estabelecidos com cada colaborador).
REQUISITOS PREFERENCIAIS • 1 Ano de experiência em ambiente de indústria química 
• Curso técnico profissional em áreas semelhantes
• Conhecimentos básicos de Inglês
EXIGÊNCIAS FÍSICAS E AMBIENTE • Trabalho manual e levamento de pesos
• Temperatura, pó, cheiros e barulho são condições habituais de ambientes químicos
