SHG operates over 58 venues and has a presence in 17 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic & diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for our new opening of a Pan-Asian fine dining restaurant, ATTIKO in Lisboa.Main ResponsibilitiesThe Restaurant General Manager is mainly responsible for leading the development and execution of Attiko brand's long-term strategy, for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the brand's long-term plans.Accountable for Attiko's management performance and assurance of meeting goals.Maintain and provide strength to the company's brand position in the region.Partner with corporate Managers in achieving business results.Prepare and oversee budget and financial plans for Attiko.Collaborate with senior level management in the development of performance goals and brand operational plans.Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.Approve marketing plan in cooperation with the Marketing Manager to promote operations business and ensure implementation.Build, develop, and manage an operations team capable of carrying out needed operations and unit growth strategies while improving employee and guest relations.Provide leadership for problem resolution and improved working relationships.Assist Managers in overcoming obstacles to effective operations ensuring the outlet operates at a high-quality level with an emphasis on service excellence while adhering to health and safety standards.Work closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.Work closely with the purchasing department on any supply/vendor issues affecting lounge operations.Minimum RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or similar.International experience in fine dining restaurants (Asian cuisine is a plus).Experience in nightlife.Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing high-end restaurants.Fluent in Portuguese and good communication skills in English.Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene.Ability to maintain high-quality control.Highly cooperative team player.Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in a multicultural environment.Strong problem-solving skills.
