RMC Surfaces S.A. is hiring

We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.

Main tasks:

Logistics planning management;

Transport coordination;

Requests for quotations;

Coordinating loads (guides, maps, etc.) and transport deliveries;

Preparing pallet labels;

Photographing, if necessary, loads before dispatch;

Maintenance of the showroom;

Reception support.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the logistics field (mandatory);

Technical and legal knowledge of export processes;

Ability to plan and organize work;

Knowledge of Excel;

Excellent communication in English (mandatory).
