You will be part of an extremely driven team in awesome Portugal Job descriptionAs a technical support agent, your job, together with your team, is to help users with sales, general inquiries, and technical support questions via phone/email/chat / social/social messaging channels.Part of your daily activities will be:• Resolving technical inquiries and troubleshooting the online marketing platform in a B2Benvironment;• Using judgment in defining solutions for clients and adapting existing processes and methods to craftalternative solutions;• Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providingsolutions in a timely fashion;• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.RequirementFluent in the Italian language in both speech and writing;Good knowledge of English is required;Technical profile;Experience in technical troubleshooting (meritorious but not required);Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening skills;Proactive and fast learning ability;Ability to multitask and work under pressure;EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal;What you are offeredComplete relocation package that includes: refunded airline ticket + free accommodation in their company apartment throughout the employment;Fixed monthly salary + bonus;A contract focused on a long-term relationship;Free Portuguese language lessons;Private Health Insurance;Professional growth & development opportunities;Special HR team organizing events, sports tournaments, parties & trips;Free support from the Employee Relations department during the hiring process, with regards to your Social Security number, Health Insurance (IKA), Tax Number, Bank account, etc;Advantages of PortugalLiving in Portugal offers many benefits: a warm climate, the Atlantic Ocean, mountains nearby, low crime and a relatively low cost of living.
