Let's make it happenWe're looking for a visionary Creative Director with a strong background in art direction, film production and conceptualisation.
As the lead of a team of hybrid creatives (including photographers, content creators, copywriters, designers, art directors), the ideal candidate should have a background leading projects or people that span multiple disciplines too.
Photography and Motion Design experience are a big plus... make sure you highlight that in your CV.
At Emma - The Sleep Company, you will to lead the creative charge in creating advertising materials across all channels for this leader in sleep comfort products.
This role will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's storytelling, ensuring our mission to improve lives through better sleep resonates with customers visually and emotionally.What you will do: Creative Leadership:Execute creatives based on a cohesive strategy aligned with the company's brand vision, marketing goals and customer insights;Lead the Lisbon-based creative team, including designers, videographers, copywriters, art directors, while inspiring innovative and high-quality work;Oversee end-to-end creative processes for campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency across all touch-points.Art Direction:Set the visual direction for creative projects, including branding, advertising, packaging and digital experiences;Ensure the brand aesthetic reflects sophistication, comfort and innovation.Film & Production:Lead the production of television & other commercials from pre-production planning to post-production;Collaborate with internal and external teams (, agencies, production houses) to create high-quality content;Supervise shoots, edit reviews and manage timelines to deliver exceptional results.Collaboration & Strategy:Partner with marketing, product and market teams to ensure campaigns effectively communicate product benefits and align with business goals;Act as the brand's guardian, ensuring every creative output reflects and enhances the company's identity and values;Use customer insights, performance data and industry trends to inform creative decisions and optimise campaign effectiveness.Who we are looking for: Exceptional eye for design, colour, composition and storytelling;Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams;Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities;Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer psychology.What we offer:Discounts on our top-notch products; Health insurance, including dentist; 24 days holidays/year +1 day/year at Emma (máx.
