**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Senior Art Director, you will play a key role in defining and executing creative concepts that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual communications, with experience in leading design teams and developing innovative campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process, from concept development to final execution, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

  • Lead the design team in creating visually stunning and effective campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, content specialists, editors, and other team members to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement in design and creative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels.
  • Oversight of design executions and creation of visual responses to briefs with junior member designers or art directors.
  • Define creative concepts and develop them according to briefings assigned.
  • Lead all aspects of project execution and prepare contingency plans for any changes.
  • Manage mid-to-high level clients/projects and mentor more junior figures.

Leadership Qualities:

  • Taking the lead role for all executional aspects of the project.
  • Leading, guiding, mentoring, delegating, and managing the work of junior members of the Creative Team.
  • Providing timely feedback to junior team members to refine their conceptualization and art direction.
  • Effectively communicating throughout the Agency.
  • Having confident communications & interpersonal skills to clearly communicate (verbally and in written form) key messages to a wide variety of audiences (client and internal team).

  • Maintaining the team up-to-date on important information like task progress.
  • Being well-prepared for any changes with contingency plans.
  • Confidently managing multiple projects simultaneously and focusing on personal objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and team with other creatives when necessary.
