.Interessierst du dich für das Cloud-Geschäft?Dann werde jetzt Teil eines der größten Softwareanbieter der Welt und unterstütze Kunden beim Ausbau ihres Geschäfts.Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als B2B Software Support Engineer werden sein:Beratung und Unterstützung von Unternehmen in technischen FragenKontaktaufnahme per Telefon (inbound und outbound), sowie schriftlich per E-Mail oder Online-ChatLösen von technischen Problemen über die Plattform zusammen mit dem Kunden; Identifizieren von relevanten Prozessen und entsprechendes Feedback an andere TeamsDeine Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein:Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und du sprichst fließend EnglischBegeisterung für Business und Affinität für TechnologieGrundlegende Kenntnisse zu diesen Themen sind für diese Position erforderlich: Technische Themen wie M365-Technologie (SPO, EXO), grundlegende Active Directory-Fehlerbehebung (Benutzer, Postfächer), API und netzwerkbezogene ThemenKenntnisse über den Wert und die Auswirkungen, die eine gute Kundenerfahrung schaffen kannEin aufmerksamer Zuhörer sein, der sich in der Kommunikation mit Menschen wohlfühlt und geschickt istGutes Verhandlungsgeschick oder LernbereitschaftEnergie, Innovation und proaktives Arbeiten in einem schnellen TempoBegeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-LifestyleDu lebst in Portugal oder bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Portugal umzuziehenEine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)Was ist für dich drin?Vertragsart: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kannArbeitszeiten: Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitoptionen in Wechselschichten (Mo-Fr, 8-18 Uhr)Gehaltsbedingungen (*) – 2 Optionen:a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, inklusive aller Rechnungen): 1.500 € brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsstufe)b) Ohne Unterkunft: 1.690 € brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsstufe)Für internationale Bewerber:Rückerstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 MonatenAbholung vom FlughafenJährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in Ihr Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)Hilfe beim Papierkram, bei der Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw
