About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Software Support Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues related to M365 technology, Active Directory, and API/networking
  • Identify and document best practices and knowledge base articles to improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Enthusiasm for business and affinity for technology
  • Basic knowledge of M365 technology, Active Directory, and API/networking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
