Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers in German and English, using various channels such as telephone, email, and chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions or escalate to senior representatives as needed.
- Collaborate with other specialists to solve or close help tickets.
- Document all actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs for our engineering team.
- Native or fluent German speaker, both oral and written.
- Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
