Job Title: German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Software & Support Media Gmbh is seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers in German and English, using various channels such as telephone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions or escalate to senior representatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to solve or close help tickets.
  • Document all actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs for our engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent German speaker, both oral and written.
  • Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
