The Role:As a Customer Experience Advisor you will support a very well-know Social Media platsform. You will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) who use digital marketing campaigns on the Social Media outlet. Your communication with your clients will be across multiple channels: live chat, email and phone calls. There will be a mix of inbound as well as outbound calls and the latter will mostly be used when clients contact via email or live chat in order to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner).
