Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiriesContribute to creating brand engagement for our ClientsYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
