Customer Service Representative

About the Job:

As a Customer Service Representative at United Parcel Service, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve managing customer interactions via phone, providing accurate and complete information, and professionally resolving any incidents that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing customers with accurate and complete information regarding UPS services and products
  • Understanding and resolving customer complaints and issues in accordance with established guidelines
  • Offering new UPS products and services to customers as requested
  • Following security guidelines to protect customer data
Requirements:
  • Essential knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is also required
  • Computer skills at user level
  • Good communication and business skills
  • Education level: 12th grade
  • Availability to work from 12pm to 8pm with a 1-hour lunch break

  • A competitive salary estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience
