Job Description As a Strategic Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategic communications to support the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and drive stakeholder engagement.

In your new role you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication activities with a strong focus on positioning and storytelling, including:Research and screening of online publications along a defined scopeIdeas and concepts for communication activities along defined KPIsMessaging proposalsQuality gating and implementation of guidelinesReporting and analyticsCraft high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including:Writing and proofreading of text formats for a broad set of communication channelsVisualization of content in collaboration with Corporate Communications or an external agencyCommunication formats for internal strategy communicationProactively screen communication opportunities to relevant target groupsStay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve communication strategies. Your Profile As a collaborative team player, you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and are equipped with a solid foundation in corporate communications.
You have a keen eye for detail which is complemented by your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to excel both independently and as a valuable team member.
Furthermore, you welcome challenges and demonstrate a strategic, open-minded, and creative approach to communications.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or related field – understanding of electronic engineering is a plusAt least 3 or more years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related fieldA proven track record of developing and executing communication activitiesExperience with Microsoft Office, content management systems, social media platforms, and other communication toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team which is located in different areasExcellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.Please send us your CV in English.
