About the job:We seek a Marketing and Communications Specialist to manage online and offline communication with clients/partners and increase brand awareness.
In this role, you will be part of the Product team, helping them improve the visibility of the LOQR brand across various digital platforms and contributing to implementing our digital strategy.
Marketing Communications Specialist's responsibilities include distributing promotional material, responding to customers' queries and comments on social media, and networking during marketing events.
We are searching for a creative person who can turn our technical words and pictures into a message with a compelling story to engage our clients and partners.
What you'll do:Work within the Marketing team to find best practices and techniques to implement various activities within Marketing Projects such as:
Help us to build up our communications strategyCreate and organize a design language for use in all our communicationsPlan interviews and press conferencesCraft and send regular newsletters with company updatesDevelop deep knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape to shape marketing and product strategyCreate compelling content (e.g., sales collateral, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.)
to articulate the benefits of our productsCreate and manage digital marketing/communication activities to generate leads for sales (direct sales and partnerships)Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our productEnsure company websites and social media channels are entirely up to date with the latest information and address clients' queriesBrand reputation creation and managementWork closely with leadership and the other teams to drive rapid growthKnow when to delegate, source, buy, or make the right decisions to balance speed with objectivesGather customer feedback to inform sales and product teamsCreate promotional videos and text about our culture, teams, and skills of our human resourcesAbout you:BS/BA degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related fieldExcellent communication, writing, and editing skillsAbility to position innovative products and tell compelling stories through messaging briefs and marketing collateralExperience defining, managing, and changing corporate positioning and messagingExcellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detailEnthusiastic, self-starting and strong ideasFlexible, pragmatic, and comfortable adapting or changing prioritiesGreat written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued)Ethical behavior, transparency, and ability to establish trust-based long-term relationshipsCreativity and out-of-the-box mindsetSelf-motivated and capable of inspiring teams and individualsProactive with good organization skillsTo be allocated to LOQR's headquarters (Felgueiras or Lisbon), with a flexible remote work policyAbout us:Involvement in a promising startup with an entrepreneurial atmosphere;Integration in a top team delivering cutting-edge technology to international customers;Commitment to your happiness and success;Room to thrive and grow;Premium Health Insurance (for you and your children);Office with 1.000m2 where you can have fun and feel at home, with locker rooms, a fully provisioned kitchen with fresh fruit, free breakfast, and coffee - and cake, because we love cake
