Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rovo, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, display advertising, and website optimization. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Adjust digital marketing strategies as needed based on performance insights, segmentation data, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain Rovo Group website and social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Continuously review and refine brand messaging to maintain consistency across digital channels.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
  • Identify industry trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate key website metrics, including traffic, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Sales and Administration teams to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to achieve digital marketing objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Develop corporate-level and project-specific communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance Rovo's external image.
  • Provide internal teams with brand guidelines and marketing support to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, internal communications, and market research.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive and autonomous work style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
