Art des Vertrags: Unbefristeter Vertrag, 30 Tage Probezeit
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40h/Woche) Montag-Sonntag 8:00-20:00
Gehaltsbedingungen: 1.450 € brutto/Monat + 100 €/Monat Treueprämie + 300 € Treueprämie alle 3 Monate + 3.000 € Einstellungsprämie + Leistungsprämie 120 € ab dem vierten vollen Monat

Wie sieht dein Tag als Content Moderator aus?
Überprüfung verschiedener Arten von Inhalten (Videos, Bilder, Text und Audio) in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien
Klassifizierung der Inhaltsarten (Videos, Bilder, Text und Audio) auf der Grundlage festgelegter Prozesse und Richtlinien
Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen im Zusammenhang mit Vertrauens- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Missbrauchsberichten und Einsprüchen zur Durchsetzung
Gewährleistung der Benutzer- und Markensicherheit durch effektive Inhaltsmoderationsverfahren
Was du brauchst um als Content Moderator zu rocken:
Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch
Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)
Du lebst in Lissabon oder bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
Stets auf dem neuesten Stand in Bezug auf Trends und Praktiken in den sozialen Medien
Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten, emotionale Reife und professionelle Gelassenheit
Motivation und Engagement, um die zugewiesenen Aufgaben effektiv zu erfüllen
Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und für den Lebensstil im Ausland
