What you'll do:- Cooperate in the process of improving the OSH strategy; - Investigate of occupational accidents; - Prepare of OHS reports;- Provide training of employees to promote compliance with the established rules of OHS; - Manage documentation management concerning OHS areas; - Verify compliance withOHS rules by service providers; - Carry out programmes for the prevention of accidents at work, occupational illnesses in work environments, with the participation of the workers, monitoring and evaluating their results; - Evaluate environmentalworking conditions and issue technical opinions that subsidize the planning and organization of work in a way that is safe for the worker.What you need to bring:- OSH Technician Course certified by Portuguese Labour Authority (level 6); - Degree in Engineering or similar (valued); - Minimum of 3 years' experience in an equivalent position; - CCP certification;- DL50/2005 training; - Fluency in English;- Advanced knowledge of computer tools, with special focus on Excel and Outlook.What do we offer:- An attractive remuneration package, composed not only by a monthly salary, but also by a pack of fringe benefits; - An open and informal working atmosphere, with a lot of cultural and social events in which you can play an active role.- A multicultural, diverse team environment, composed by more than 20 different nationalities.Why Stricker?Daily, we work hard but we play harder.
