Since our founding in 2021, we've rapidly expanded to six locations across Europe, Asia, and soon Latin America, bringing together over 140 team members from diverse backgrounds. Our growth reflects our commitment to transforming the experience economy and making a meaningful impact on how families integrate work, education, and exploration into their lives.

The roleWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team, specialising in a unique aspect of our community: Experience. It is crucial to ensuring a high NPS and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. You will collaborate with the team to create an outstanding experience for our community by:
Resolving community requests promptly via the ticketing toolEnsuring everything is ready for family's arrival and having a hands-on approach during turnover weeksEnsuring families have an outstanding experience in each touchpoint of the journeyDeveloping relationships with families and understanding their needs and interestsGathering feedback and identifying opportunities through interaction with familiesAssisting new families in integrating into the communityCommunicating upcoming activities to maximise participationManaging content for the internal UGC channel to build the brand in social networksEnsuring seamless information flow within the teamCoordinating with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless handover during arrivalParticipating in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessionsPartnering with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media during opening times of new locationsYou will be responsible for:
Planning events and workshops that promote bonding, including a give-back programEstablishing an events calendar for each cohort of Events, Activities, and ExperiencesBuilding win-win partnerships with local vendors, and exploring opportunities to earn referral commissions and discounts for our familiesBuilding the Services offering with partners, organising and implementing in coordinationSuccess metric: events & services filled to capacity OR revenue, NPSWhat's in it for youFast-growing company with strong financialsA mission-driven company and teamGlobal scope and expanding responsibilitiesPotential to grow with the team as the company growsBe part of creating a new lifestyle concept in the experience economyDiscounts to participate in Boundless Life cohorts in all locationsLive in the local city or close to the area in order to commute daily.Minimum 2 years experience within a Guest Relations/Customer Experience or Community Building role within a hospitality settingMinimum 1 year experience in assisting with organising events or facilitating community-building activities, demonstrating the ability to plan, organise, and execute events or workshops that foster community engagement and promote bonding.Fluency in English and in the local language of the siteFinancial expertise to create and manage budgets for events and services, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skillsGreat organisational skills to manage the volume of customer requests receivedExperience in managing 3rd party vendorsEnjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environmentEnthusiasm: exhibits passion and excitement over work.
