Activités principales Garant de la sécurité des systèmes informatiques, le responsable IT est en charge d es outils et de l'infrastructure informatique et de communication portugais (matériel, réseaux et software), dans le respect de la politique et de la stratégie du groupe Hermès.
Il planifiera, organisera, dirigera et contrôlera toutes les activités liées aux projets Systèmes d'information afin de garantir leurs succès dans les délais impartis.
Pour cela, il collaborera avec les Directions des systèmes d'information centrales et les équipes opérationnelles locales et il gèrera les prestations de service portugaises actuels.Missions * Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnel des systèmes locaux et le support aux utilisateurs portugais.* Contribuer à l'optimisation et à l'efficacité du processus industriel * Garantir le " delivery " des projets locaux dans le respect du planning et du budget * Mettre en œuvre l'implémentation et le suivi des projets informatiques Groupe * Assurer la sécurité des activités informatique du Pôle Activités principales Gestion de Projets * Élaborer un plan de projet détaillé, y compris les étapes, les ressources nécessaires et les échéances du projet * Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées aux projets , tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe * Organiser et animer des réunions régulières pour tenir les parties prenantes informées de l'avancement du projet et résoudre les problèmes éventuels * Assurer les études fonctionnelles et techniques, en collaboration avec les équipes métier portugaises et la DSI du groupe.* Identifier les risques potentiels pour le projet et élaborer des stratégies d'atténuation * Répondre rapidement aux problèmes rencontrés pendant le déroulement des projets et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces * Surveiller attentivement l'avancement des projets par rapport au plan établi et ajuster les ressources ou les stratégies nécessaires * Évaluer la qualité des livrables du projet et s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux normes et aux exigences spécifiées * Anticiper les besoins en matière de changement organisationnel découlant du projet et aider à faciliter la transition * Communiquer efficacement les changements planifiés et leurs impacts aux parties prenantes concernées * Maintenir des documents complets et précis relatifs aux projets, y compris les rapports d'avancement et les calendriers * Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'état du projet à présenter à la direction et aux autres parties prenantes Activités principales Gestion des Systèmes d'information * Assurer la gestion et la maintenance des Systèmes d'Information existants dans les Etablissements, * Assure la mise à jour du plan de continuité d'activité (procédures, back-up).* Gérer les matériels d'infrastructure, les postes de travail, les téléphones et de l'ensemble des outils de communication.* Surveiller la résolution des incidents et cartographier les risques pour assurer la continuité de l'activité * Gérer les demandes de service et suivre les accès aux systèmes et aux données.* Mettre en œuvre les processus de conduite du changement SI et assurer l'alignement avec les politiques de sécurité du Groupe * Promouvoir les nouveaux outils informatiques auprès des équipes * Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs internes.* Évaluer les nouvelles technologies et déterminer leur pertinence pour l'organisation * Organiser, supervise et contrôle le travail des prestataires récurrents et / ou réguliers.* Réaliser régulièrement des appels d'offres et des benchmarks pour contrôler l'efficacité des fournisseurs.* Négocier des contrats et des accords avec les fournisseurs informatiques.* Faciliter une communication efficace entre l'équipe informatique et les autres parties prenantes * Collaborer avec les autres départements pour répondre aux besoins technologiques de l'entreprise Profile * Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieurs de préférence en systèmes d'information * Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel * Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et / ou du français * Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projets, notamment la mise en place de ERP et d'infrastructure.* Communication claire auprès des équipes multidisciplinaires sur les projets * Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de priorisation * Capacité à prendre des décision et contributeur de solutions dans la gestion des projets Groupe * Aptitude à élaborer des dashboards réguliers et concis sur l'avancée des projets * Forte orientation vers les résultats et le respect des délais
