The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Avlino is rapidly growing on a global scale, and we are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the futureThe Day-to-DayDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared other staff members.Organize, plan, and implement multiple projects, work packages, tasks and risks issues.Ensure that projects are implemented on time for filling Safety, Quality and Cost TargetIdentification of Critical Path and mitigation of key risks in project cycle communicate them to the Management team.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.Able to contribute effectively to People Management together with Technical competencies.Your BackgroundBachelor's or master's degree in engineering/managementProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.1-2 years of working experience in project management in an IT company.Experience as a Project Manager for cross-Functional & cross-Cultural teams.Atlassian Jira and Confluence software previous experience is a must.Able to transfer knowledge to others via expert stakeholder management.User of Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams and SharePointYour Key AttributesPossesses a proactive mindset always searching for best practices and improvements.Fluent in EnglishDisciplined, structured and well-organized.You have solid communication skills and experience communicating with a broad set of stakeholders on all levels.Risk Management competencies.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Effective time management and project tracking skills.Adaptability and flexibility to changing environments and requirements.Apply now with your resume for immediate consideration – we would love to talk with you#J-18808-Ljbffr
