É aplicável não só aos processos do Ciclo de Desenvolvimento do Software mas também a qualquer tipo de processo de médias ou grandes organizações. Quais as principais responsabilidades? Enquanto Atlassian System Administrator, irás gerir a instalação e configurações de backend, monitorizar diagnósticos, troubleshoot de performance de sistemase trabalhar em parceria com outros administradores aplicacionais paramanter o ecossistema de produtos Atlassian seguro, atualizado e com uma performance otimizadapara todas as equipas. Coordenar e ajudar nosupgrades aos sistemas de JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket e Service Desk Criar/ Manter os espaços do Confluence, projetos de JIRA, worflows, campos personalizados e esquemas de ecrã, permissões e notificações Aplicar costumizações built-in e third party add-ons para estender as funcionalidades do JIRA / Confluence de acordo com as necessidades, verificando dependências e restrições Gerir tickets para assegurar a resolução de problemas em tempo útil para os utilizadores finais Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Experiência relevante ou conhecimento avançado na Suite Atlassian e nas features Forte compreensão deadministração e configuração geral com JIRA e Confluence Capacidade de trabalhar numambiente sempre em mudança, dinâmico e ágil Fortescapacidades de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas na sua raíz, pensando ao nível do sistema, percebendo o contexto mais abrangente de utilização e performance das ferramentas Capacidade de priorizaros múltiplos pedidos e corresponder às deadlines Interesse e motivação para ser um profissional deAtlassian Certificado Gosto por trabalho em equipa e pelaresolução de problemas complexos Autorizo que os dados pessoais que agora submeto, sejam processados pela Xpand IT para efeitos de Recrutamento e Marketing, como seja receber informação sobre oportunidades de emprego, processo de candidatura e notícias, assim como declaro ter lido e aceite as políticas de privacidade e tratamento de dados, disponibilizadas em Privacy Policy e Terms of Use Viana do Castelo Flexibilidade e Trabalho Híbrido Seguro de Saúde Protocolos e Parceiros Rute Baião Atlassian Business Developer@Xpand IT Para mim trabalhar na Xpand IT é uma experiência incrível É ter a possibilidade de fazer parte de uma equipa vencedora e de referência, na qual vais sentir que todas as vitórias levam um bocadinho de ti.
