O nosso cliente é uma prestigiada empresa multinacional que atua na área de soluções técnicas na área de tintas e materiais industriais. Descriçao da oferta O profissional a recrutar irá ter como principais objetivos a gestão e o desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes, cooperando com a gestão de unidade de negócio para atingir os objetivos delineados pela empresa para a região.
Principais responsabilidades Gerir carteira de clientes e prospetar negócio no sentido de desenvolver a carteira da unidade de negócio a gerir; Planear atividades comerciais que produzam impacto junto dos principais clientes; Atuar como Gestor de Conta para determinados clientes e áreas de negócio; Implementar medidas que possibilitem o desenvolvimento de negócio; Reportar os principais indicadores de vendas e de gestão de unidade de negócio; Participar em reuniões internas de coordenação, oferecendo o seu ponto de vista sobre o mercado, bem como, estratégias de crescimento; Gerir equipa comercial afeta à unidade de negócio; Definir medidas de prevenção de reclamações no interface entre clientes e departamentos internos (compras, logística, financeiro, entre outros). Perfil desejado Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica, Química ou similar; Experiência profissional em funções técnico-comerciais, distribuição e desenvolvimento de negócio; Experiência profissional ligada ao mercado de indústria; Excelentes competências de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal; Gosto pela atividade comercial e de desenvolvimento de negócio; Fluente em Inglês e será valorizado o conhecimento de Espanhol; Disponibilidade para deslocações regulares no âmbito das funções; Capacidade de gestão e de liderança.
