Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will play an essential role in maintaining safe and engaging online spaces by reviewing user-generated content flagged as inappropriate. In this position, you will ensure that all content complies with community guidelines, making quick and careful decisions to escalate sensitive issues when needed. This position requires a high level of professionalism and resilience, as the content may sometimes be sensitive or graphic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Moderate digital content across multiple platforms in German and English, ensuring adherence to community standards.

- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and decision-making speed.
- Collaborate with the team and management on complex moderation challenges.
- Participate in wellness programs designed to support your mental health and work-life balance.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: C1/C2-level proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Workplace Commitment: This is an on-site role at our Lisbon office, with no remote or hybrid option.
- Professional Resilience: Comfort with reviewing sensitive content and a commitment to maintaining community standards.

Additional Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM (rotative shifts), with weekends off.
- Starting Date: Training begins on 18 November 2024.
