HR Business Partner na Generis Farmacêutica S.A. Estamos a recrutar um Environment, Health and Safety Senior Technician (M/F/D) para integrar o nosso Departamento de Environment, Health and Safety.
Principais Funções/Responsabilidades: Garantir a correta definição e implementação do Sistema de Gestão de Segurança, bem como a manutenção da conformidade com os requisitos da empresa, legislação nacional e normas ISO; Realização de relatórios periódicos para acompanhamento dos programas estabelecidos e apresentar resultados relacionados às atividades de EHS; Assegurar o envolvimento de todas as áreas no plano de atividades de EHS; Disponibilizar a todos os Colaboradores e prestadores de serviço informação e formação em Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional e Ambiente, e quando a função o exija, formação específica; Manter uma colaboração aberta e ativa com as autoridades e quaisquer outras partes interessadas, incluindo clientes e fornecedores; Atualizar e garantir a manutenção do plano de emergência interno, incluindo planos específicos de combate a incêndios, evacuação, primeiros socorros e plano de contingência, bem como manutenção dos meios disponíveis no local, formação de equipa e realização de exercícios semestrais. Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia (Ambiental, Química, Biológica) ou outras áreas similares; CAP de Técnico Superior de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho - nível VI (preferencial) Experiência mínima de 2/3 anos em funções similares; Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP); Conhecimentos das ferramentas do Microsoft Office; Nível Avançado de língua inglesa (escrito e falado); Elevado interesse pelo trabalho multidisciplinar em ambiente industrial; Dinamismo, proatividade, sentido de responsabilidade e organização; Resiliência e capacidade de gerir diversas tarefas em simultâneo.
