**Role Purpose**:
The Health Safety and Wellbeing Technician supports the Health Safety and Wellbeing team to deliver services aimed at enhancing the employee experience in the area of health, safety and wellbeing and delivers their responsibilities in accordance with standards and regulations, in both the physical and cultural environment and office and non-office locations. They support the team in conducting health surveillance, testing fitness for work and biological monitoring. And support in the delivery of workstations enabling people and things to interact efficiently and safely through assessment and control of workplace health hazards.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Has a good understanding of established procedures across Health Safety and Wellbeing to support the team in the standardisation of the way Vodafone identifies, quantifies, reviews and manages risks including hazardous operating systems and processes;
- Provides effective support to the team in compliance with HSW standards, regulations and relevant international and national laws;
- Responsible for the delivery of key priorities as identified in the Health Safety and Wellbeing strategy supporting the wider Vodafone strategy;
- Communicates information and exchanges ideas to colleagues across functions on health safety and wellbeing issues to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
- Documents and monitors information relating to the management of hazardous operating systems engineering and operating practices;
- Facilitates and coordinates training, provides up to date, relevant information to all employees on the intranet and Vodafone digital media;
- Promotes a safe and healthy culture for our people at Vodafone.
