Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Program Management Office Manager (M/F) to work for a client company, a leader in its sector, in Setúbal.FunctionsResponsible for leading the PMO incl. resource management and ensuring that it is aligned strategic objectives.Provides oversight and governance of all projects to ensure alignment with the PM governance.PM related KPIs consolidation, monitoring and developmentDevelops and implements project management standards, processes and tools (software).Aligns PM capacities together with PGMs.Captures and monitors program development related resources (e.g. DCS)Organizes and moderates various review meetings like Program, Gate and Lessons LearntCaptures and shares project information and best practices.Measures and evaluates PMO effectiveness.Required experience:Experience in PMO leadership roles and proven track record establishing and enforcing project governance standardsExperience in the automotive (supplier) industryExperience in developing and implementing Program Management methodologies.Experience in international company environmentExperience in Project management and/or Controlling is a plusRequired qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or EngineeringCertification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)Fluent in business English (spoken and written) and other languages a plusOrganizational and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and result-orientationOfferOpportunity to join a challenging project in a rapidly expanding company, where you will have the chance to add value;Attractive contractual conditions in line with your experience.If you fit the profile, send your CV today with the following Ref: PMOM_SET .#J-18808-Ljbffr
