Job Title: Customer Representative and Sales (Italian-speaking) - Cruise Line - Remote

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Representative and Sales in Porto, Portugal (Work at Home) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. You will fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. What you will do in this role Sell cruise packagesCross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated productsProvide customer support for post-booking and booking managementSupport travel agents with bookings and booking managementAssist customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentation, prices, etc.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
