Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution and maximize sales potential.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
