Job Description

The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for developing our business in Portugal by identifying new sales opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong network in the Portuguese insurance market, and experience in managing transport insurance, property insurance, third-party civil liability insurance, or health insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in business management, marketing, law, economics, or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a sales executive in an insurance company
  • Solid knowledge of the Portuguese insurance market
  • Energetic personality, strong team player, good networker, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English. Spanish would be considered a plus
