Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Business Development Manager to join our team at Business Executive Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, with expertise in email marketing, SMS, and push notifications. They will be responsible for configuring and automating CRM cycles, monitoring players' life stages, creating and managing bonuses and campaigns, and generating reports.

A successful candidate will possess critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and automate CRM cycles to optimize player engagement
  • Monitor players' life stages to inform bonus and campaign creation
  • Create and manage bonuses and campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Strong background in CRM management, with expertise in email marketing, SMS, and push notifications
  • Ability to configure and automate CRM cycles
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
