Business Development Manager South Portugal

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales team in South Portugal. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales and market share in your area by building relationships with key customers and workshops. Your primary goal is to ensure that clients in your area offer high-quality tires manufactured by Goodyear and provide them with the necessary knowledge to sell these products effectively.
You will report to the Sales Manager responsible for Portugal, but also work closely with the Iberian organization, where Portuguese, Spanish, and English are the primary working languages. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong entrepreneurial attitude, ambition to increase sales, and experience in B2B sales. Additionally, you should possess good social skills, be willing to travel, and enjoy mobile and varied work. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is highly valued, as well as proficiency in using Windows Office and various CRM systems.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a performance-based bonus system, company car, and the tools you need to succeed in your area.
