Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the consolidation of our clients and internal operational team.

About Us

Our client is a multinational company working within the Outsourcing sector, looking for a professional to drive business growth through employee performance management, service delivery, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Directly responsible for profit and growth of his/her business area through employee performance management, service delivery, and client interaction.
  2. Achieve targets with the assistance of all Transcom support functions, reporting directly to the Contact Center Manager.
  3. Deliver accurate data to produce the forecast, develop realistic budgets, and be in charge of Team Leader development and support.
  4. Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for the allocated Clients/projects, keeping regular interaction with clients.
  5. Have a deep understanding of the price structure and profitability goals, communicating it clearly to the business unit.
  6. Prepare and/or support preparation for commercial negotiations, plan and implement expansions to current business as well as new businesses.
  7. Create an open and energetic culture within the business unit, continuously reviewing procedures and implementing improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven and successful track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility in the CRM or closely related industry.
  • Client Relations and/or Sales contact experience - CRM outsource businesses, good understanding of CRM best practice and markets.
  • Experience in direct/consumer marketing, managing time effectively, and being focused on setting clear objectives and priorities.
  • P&L management and associated financial practices, worked in a performance-driven environment before.
  • High intermediate (B2) level of English and fluency in French, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
  • Effective leadership skills impacting people behavior, including those that do not report directly to you.
  • Effective analytical skills to analyze results and make decisions based on facts and figures.
  • Take ownership for quality, competence, and commitment, enjoying/thriving on autonomy within the franchise framework and being results-focused.
