Your Mission
">As a Senior Business Development Manager for Global Growth, you will generate knowledge on the customer's specific regional strategy, business environment, portfolio, local initiatives, and programs. You will analyze the customer's markets, position, and needs, investigating specific business and cross-functional opportunities according to the geographical scope. You will define and implement the account business plan jointly with GAM, Hub Head, and regional BL Portfolio CRM. Additionally, you will prepare customer meetings in close collaboration with Hub Head and Hub BL Heads, build and maintain an effective customer network across the Region and customer hierarchy levels, and identify and develop opportunities, particularly in the field of innovation/digitalization.
Perfil Ideal
">Our client is looking for someone with over 3 years' experience in Key Account Management/Senior Sales and related management, preferably in the relevant industry/market. They require a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully. Fluency in English language is essential, along with customer knowledge, identifying and developing customer value, translating strategy into concrete actions, business and sales planning skills, customer intimacy (incl. buying behavior) skills, consultative selling and sales and customer development skills, analytical skills and problem-solving, and influencing & negotiating skills.
