About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales strategy for GBS WEA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop innovative solutions.

Job Description

Your mission will be to generate knowledge on the customer's specific regional strategy, business environment, portfolio, local initiatives, and programs. You will analyze customer markets, position, and needs; investigate specific business and cross-BL opportunities according to the geographical scope.

You will define and implement the account business plan jointly with GAM, Hub Head, and regional BL Portfolio CRM. Prepare customer meetings in close collaboration with Hub Head and Hub BL Heads. Build and maintain an effective customer network across the Region and customer hierarchy levels.

Become an expert in building cross-BL value-oriented offers and driving/supporting top opportunities. Identify and develop opportunities, particularly in the field of innovation/digitalization. Initiate customer-specific services and solutions in collaboration with GAMs and BL Portfolio CRM.

Facilitate and contribute to regional and cross-BL contract negotiations for services and solutions. Manage regional customer complaints as a point of escalation, if necessary.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with more than 3 years' experience in Key Account Management/Senior Sales and related management. A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully is required.

Fluency in English language is mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess:

What We Offer
