Company Overview
Our client, a multinational company operating within the Outsourcing sector, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to support the consolidation of their French speaking team and its respective clients.
Job Description
The successful candidate will report directly to the Contact Center Manager and be responsible for achieving revenue targets and Gross Profit Margin for their business unit while ensuring high employee and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate data to produce forecasts and develop realistic budgets
- Manage Team Leaders, define their training needs, and oversee recruitment processes
- Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for allocated clients/projects and maintain regular interaction with clients
- Analyze price structures and profitability goals, communicating them clearly to the business unit
- Prioritize commercial negotiations, plan expansions, and implement improvements to procedures
Requirements
- A proven track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility in the CRM or a closely related industry
- Excellent Client Relations and/or Sales contact experience in CRM outsource businesses
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and markets, as well as direct/consumer marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills to analyze results and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English and French, with a high intermediate level of English (B2)
