Job Overview

We are searching for a talented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Portugal.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our business with existing and potential customers, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for our service and insurance solutions in Portugal.
  • Proactively pursue new clients by making daily sales calls and joint visits with our sales team.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through effective responses to inquiries, issues, and problems.
  • Develop new products and their commercialization according to our strategic plan.
  • Monitor commercial activity through reporting mechanisms defined by the company.
  • Participate in the preparation of insurance offers.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, ensuring compliance with our standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business management, marketing, law, economics, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales executive in an insurance company, managing transport insurance, property insurance, third-party civil liability insurance, or health insurance.
  • Solid knowledge of the Portuguese insurance market.
  • Energetic personality, strong teamwork skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, high proactivity, customer orientation, and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus.
