Insurance Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
PT001 Marsh, Lda. is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales and Business Development Specialist to join its Sales Team, based in the Porto office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a book of business accounts through effective sales presentations and relationship-building.
- Conduct cold calls and leverage internal offerings and product solutions to gain sales meetings.
- Develop complex sales proposals and presentations for prospect accounts.
- Negotiate values and pricing structures to close sales deals.
- Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify prospect accounts and sales expansion opportunities.
- Maintain account relationships and ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor.
- Oversee the sales process to ensure service quality and transactional satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Business degree and over 7 years of experience in corporate sales.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
