Are you a driven individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for sales and a desire to make a real impact? We're seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Paradox.

Your Mission

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new students for our diverse range of trainings. You will generate new leads through email outreach and secure enrollments daily. You will also manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot and ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot and ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
  • Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.
  • Event Participation: Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals.
  • Autonomous leader with strong organizational skills.
  • Market curiosity and interest in personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech.
  • Sales savvy with excellent negotiation skills.
