About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative for a leading insurance company, you will play a crucial role in selling premium insurance products to existing and new customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sell premium insurance products to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements
High level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
Prior experience in outbound sales, D2D, contact center, or BPO.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance.
Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Empathetic and patient to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
