While joining as the Public Affairs Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's external reputation, leading initiatives to foster robust relationships, and, with the guidance of the Head Department, designing strategic communication and Public Affairs programs.
With your diplomatic approach, you will build and maintain strong relationships with patient associations, advocacy groups, and any other relevant external stakeholders such as decision-makers, etc.
You will serve as the primary contact for patient groups, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
You will collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (commercial, medical, legal, and compliance), and externally with patient associations to co-create impactful programs that address specific patient needs.
You will foster the company's reputation and external influence through strategic partnership initiatives.
As a strong team player, you will work closely within the Value, Access, Government & Public Affairs team to craft and implement Public Affairs and communication programs that align with business objectives.
You will design effective communication strategies to engage patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and other relevant external stakeholders ensuring all communications resonate with target audiences.
Who you are: Proven experience in International Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, sciences, or a related field.Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Portugal, including key patient groups and healthcare policies.Excellent writing skills and relationship management skills.Strong communication skills.Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work independently.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent in Portuguese and English.
