Administrative Technician

Mandatory minimum education;
3 years of experience in an Administrative role (experience in a Purchasing/Procurement and Logistics role is a plus);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
High sense of responsibility and organization;
Availability to travel in the country whenever necessary is required;
Availability to work 100% on-site;
Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
Sense of commitment and integrity;
Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze the commercial conditions of the proposals, collaborate in the negotiation and award of contracts whenever requested;
Organization and maintenance of our office's space;
Face-to-face and telephone customer/supplier service;
Record of information and archive's maintenance;
Stationery and stock control;
Registration and control of suppliers' invoices;
Ensure practical issues of work routine, such as prepare documentation, send and answer emails, etc.;
Request of purchases and reservations, controlling them from budget, billing, payment until deliveries;
Execute Market Research regarding the process of acquisition of new goods and services;
Ensure constant updating and documentation of the procedures associated with the department;
Collaborate on other department tasks whenever necessary.
