Skills and Qualifications
We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Technical Product Manager with 2-3 years of project management experience and a strong grasp of product development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of project management and product strategy, delivering cutting-edge solutions in a tech-forward company.

What you'll do:

Drive projects end-to-end : Manage timelines, ensure key milestones are met, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Shape product vision : Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with engineers, designers, and business teams to deliver successful products.

Manage stakeholder expectations : Act as the primary communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and transparent processes.

Identify and track success metrics : Monitor project performance and product impact through KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet business goals.

Assess and mitigate risks : Evaluate risks around value, usability, feasibility, and business viability, making sure we deliver the right solutions.

What you bring:

2-3 years of experience in project management , with a solid understanding of product development processes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Excellent communication skills , with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are understood and met.

Strong stakeholder management skills—capable of aligning internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Experience working with data-driven problem-solving , turning insights into actionable strategies.

Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term product vision.

Basic technical understanding of coding, deployment processes, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture (monolith vs. microservices), enough to collaborate with technical teams.
