Job Description Collaborate with DTI team members to prepare documentation, status reports, project proposals for decision and other related materials; Develop templates and assist in analysing DTI reports, including timelines, budgets, scenario analysis and key performance indicators for decision support; Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and following up on actions and decisions; Organise and coordinate departmental activities and DTI events - Manage and coordinate the recruitment and selection activities of candidates for the Directorate, internal or external - monitoring the life cycle of internal employees, from attraction, selection, hiring, development and retention of talent; Welcoming new internal staff (inside and outside DTI) and delivering induction activities in partnership with Human Resources and the different DTI teams. Qualifications +3 years of experience in PMO/ similar functions; Experience with Jira/ MS Project/ Cofluence; Ability to organise, communicate and plan; Fluency in English (spoken and written).
