Kelly Services encontra-se a recrutar um Financial Controller para empresa multinacional sediada em Lisboa na área dos Serviços. Perfil Profissional: Estamos à procura de um Financial Controller altamente qualificado e experiente. O candidato ideal terá mais de 3 anos de experiência profissional no Departamento Financeiro, com uma sólida compreensão das práticas contabilísticas e financeiras. Este profissional será responsável por diversas tarefas analíticas e financeiras críticas, portanto, precisará de demonstrar habilidades analíticas aguçadas e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão. Responsabilidades: Realizar análises financeiras detalhadas para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas. Lidar com as operações financeiras de acordo com vários GAAPs, incluindo SNC e IFRS. Realizar contabilidade analítica para identificar áreas de melhoria e oportunidades de otimização. Elaborar budgets/forecast e analisar desvios. Fechar os resultados de múltiplas áreas de negócio e preparar relatórios financeiros precisos e oportunos. Qualificações: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência no Departamento Financeiro e em contabilidade analítica. Experiência em multinacionais (preferencial) e em uma das Big 4 (plus). Fluência em Inglês. Demonstrar proficiência em Navision. Conhecimento sólido de práticas contabilísticas e financeiras. Capacidade de elaborar budgets/forecast e analisar desvios. Excelentes habilidades em Excel.
