The Role? The Costing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the accounting department with a range of tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis. This role involves processing invoices, assisting in month-end close procedures, and helping to generate financial reports. The Costing Analyst contributes to maintaining accurate financial records and collaborates with team members to ensure compliance and efficient operations. Who WE are? Our Global Finance Services Team has grown by more than 50% in the past 5 years. What will YOU do? Management Accounting Responsibilities: Monthly Close: Perform multiple tasks in the monthly close process (including monthly Cost Runs) and verify accuracy of data, make corrections to data, reconcile discrepancies in inventory, improve general ledger linkages to detailed transactions, and improve the integrity and internal control of data, systems, and processes. Make suggestions for improvements that are consistent with 6 Sigma quality methods. Utilize and understand system data, existing complex Access and Excel databases, to perform multiple tasks and data verification. Daily Queries management - Ad Hoc Business, Reporting and Analysis requests. Manufacturing Analysis Responsibilities: Period Close Manufacturing Analysis
