Our dedication to drive a positive change in the packaging industry with a focus on quality and sustainability has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses worldwide.Tasks and responsibilities:Handling of processes in accounts payable; Receipt and audit of invoices; Enter, check and post invoices with and without purchase order; Support in the preparation of financial statements (month, quarter, year); Execution of balance reconciliation, Accruals, etc.; Account maintenance;Processing of Travel & Expenses (T&E); Handling of consignment stock clearing process and invoice postings; Participation in continuous improvement projects; Handling external and internal queries via email/phone; Provide support related to annual and interim audits; Perform internal audit ®ular controls.Leadership:Team player; Work effectively with people from all backgrounds, promoting inclusion and respect for diversity; Build trust and partnerships; Treat sensitive and/or confidential information appropriately.Knowledge:Desirable knowledge of IFRS; Knowledge of accounting standards in one of the following GAAPs: Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, or USA; Functional/Technical Skills:Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field; Good knowledge of English and German or French; Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; Strong teamwork skills;Good analytical and organizational skills; Effective business writing and professional communication skills; Ability to work in an international global work environment.Experience:+3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent; Experience within a Shared Service Centre environment and transition (plus).Customer Focus: internal & external client, excellent service oriented.Collaboration: accountability, integrity, and ethical values.Communication: emotional intelligence; assertiveness; resilience.Continuous Improvement: open mind, curiosity, change orientation, efficient solution-oriented, creativity, flexibility.High Work Standards: independent, systematic and quality-oriented way of working, result-driven.Apply NowIf you are determined, thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accountability and focus, then we'd love to meet you Please apply using the link below
