What kind of professional are we looking for? At least 2 years of experience in the role of Lead Game Designer
At least 1 year of experience managing a team of game designers consisting of 3+ members
Experience working in the match-3 genre or on other casual projects
Good knowledge of the f2p game market and current gaming trends
Successfully launched commercial projects in your portfolio
Experience creating game documentation: concept documents, GDD, terms of reference
Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics
